Delivery:

 IMPORTANT NOTICE

The last dispatch day for all 2nd class and Parcel Force (48hrs) is the 20th December so all orders need be placed by the 19th of December before 8am in order for your parcel to be delivered before Christmas Day. 

The last dispatch date for all 1st class orders is 21st December.  All orders should be placed before or by the 20th of December before 8am in order for your parcel to be delivered before Christmas Day.

After Christmas all items ordered before 28th December 20 before or by 8am will be dispatched by 28th December. We go back to our usual delivery policy.

Bank Holidays are not working days.


The last dispatch date for all international orders is the 16th of December in order for your parcel to be delivered before Christmas Day. For some countries it is not guaranteed as it varies on the countries  Couriers last delivery date.

 

Returns

 

At Simplicity Unlimited we strive to achieve the best quality in all of our products.

Simplicity Unlimited does not offer refunds and we run an Exchange Only policy.

 

Please note that Simplicity Unlimited  does not cover the shipping cost for returning your item back to us and this will be the customer’s responsibility.

Please ensure that you get proof of postage and an insured delivery option to be sure that the item will be returned to us safely. Simplicity Unlimited  does not issue any warranty for items that have been unsuccessfully delivered back to us and this will be the customer’s responsibility.

The return must get to us within 7 days (UK) & 14 days (Rest of the world ) from the date you have contacted us about your return.

We will only accept items which have been unworn, unmarked, and still with original tags and packaging. Simplicity Unlimited will review the item and check these requirements have been adhered to. Simplicity Unlimited  reserves the right to refuse any returns that do not follow the requirements stated. If the item is returned in its original condition, we will exchange the item and ship this out to you.

If your original choice of item is not in stock we will issue you a Credit Note to be used within 365 days of your original purchase.
